ShopRMall is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cire Computer Productions, Inc.

Cire Computer Productions was founded in 1996, in Charlotte NC as a web design and hosting company. In 2000, they launched their shopping site (ShopRMall.com) as a means for their clients to reach a larger market share They also partnered with major retailers to help anchor their online mall.

ShopRMall.com became very successful. In 2005, ShopRMall did over 5.4 million in sales generating over $300,000 in commission revenue.

In 2006, Cire Computer Productions, Inc. launched the ShopRMall Helping Hand. The program is designed to generate revenue for non-profit organizations.

The ShopRMall Helping Hand site and its members' malls will be available 24/7 365 days a year. All maintenance, upkeep and expenses will be absorbed by Cire Computer Productions. They will maintain coupons and unique special offers. Shoppers will never pay more than if they went to the merchant directly. However they may save money through negotiations of exclusive coupons, discounts, free shipping etc.

The ShopRMall Helping Hand program is FREE to non profit organizations.
